✦ Orders are shipped from Portugal ✦

Orders are sent every Tuesday, and will be updated personally by e-mail. I also publish some Instagram stories when I go to the post office! 

✦ Standard and registered shipping available ✦

There's 2 shipping options: standard and registered.

The standard option is cheaper but won't be tracked, which means if it gets lost I have no control for it. if you choose the registered option you'll receive an e-mail with the tracking code to follow your package and it will be faster (international orders may differ).

✦ International shipping outside of Portugal ✦

Orders sent to international countries have a higher shipping value and might take longer to arrive.

With the standard option your order won't be tracked and I'll have no control over it if it gets lost.

With the registered option, I can't guarantee the fully tracked shipping because some post offices change the tracking codes when they arrive to the receiver’s country. This option, however, is faster to arrive than the standard option.

If your orders has problems or is lost in Portugal, if it gets back to me I'll resend it for free again. If it's lost and every information sent was correct, it's outside of my responsibility.

You can always contact me if there's any problem like this and we can discuss a partial refund or discount of future purchases.
